3:3 Cleaning and sanitation.

When the bedplates are removed the freezer is basically empty in the production zones. 80 – 90 % of all areas of the freezer can be cleaned from the outside of the freezer. Only for the last touch it is necessary to enter the freezer. This can easily be done through the out feed door.

The evaporator is mounted on a sloping table and both sides are accessible for spray cleaning. And again, the cleaning water drains out trough the open back door.
