3:2 Defrost

The quick defrost is a feature of the tube. A defrost cycle with basic cleaning and restart can be done in less than one hour. The inspection windows on top, the in feed and the out feed doors, as well as the big lateral back door can easily be opened thanks to built in resistance heating. The built in water defrost spray the evaporator with hot or cold water. After removing the bedplates it is possible that trough the inspection window on top of the tube spray the whole interior of the tube with a normal water hose.
