Good hygiene is not a secret; it is simply a matter of good design and engineering.
When designing the tube we focused on easy cleaning and sanitation.
The 2 bedplates in the tube can easily be removed, trough the in feed and out feed doors. After that the tube can be spray cleaned from the outside through the inspection windows and through the in feed/out feed doors. The internal structure of the tube is designed and constructed not to collect product residue. The whole backside of the tube is a lateral door that slides open on guiders. The floor slopes this way, and cleaning water will drain it self trough the open back door. The evaporator is easily accessed from both sides, and can be spay clean from inside or outside the tube.
