1:2 Fluidisation

The tube is a truly 2 stage fluidised bed freezer. The products in the freezer are carried by an upward wind trough the freezer. This and the agitating bedplates keep the products constantly moving, ensuring perfect separation.
On bedplate one, FZ1, the products are crust frozen this in a high airflow.

The quicker the crust freezing is, the better the end quality. The oversized evaporator gives lover average temperature for quicker crust freezing.

Then on bedplate two, FZ2, the products are trough frozen in a slower pace. Less wind speed and less agitation ensure a gentle handling of your products.
