The tube is a versatile machine designed to freeze almost any small or granulated product. Vegetables and herbs whole, cut, diced or sliced. The same goes for fruit and berries. In the poultry and meat industry dice products can be frozen raw or cocked, as well as minced. Pasta can be frozen fresh or cooked; also cooked rice and couscous can be frozen with good results in the tube. For all kinds of seafood raw as well as cooked the tube is an excellent solution.
